  • Recruit, hire, onboard, and coach a team of outbound SDRs.

  • Drive accountability via daily/weekly metrics and forecasts.
  • Be in office 3 days per week with your team.

🎯 Requirements

  • 2+ years of Sales Development leadership experience.
  • Sales is phone-driven, supported by other outreach channels.
  • Cross-functional with Marketing and Enterprise Sales on content and talk tracks.
  • Experience hiring, onboarding, and developing junior sales reps.
  • Experience with Salesforce.com, Outreach or Salesloft, and AI-driven tools.
  • Closing experience is a major plus.
