- 2+ years of Sales Development leadership experience.
- Sales is phone-driven, supported by other outreach channels.
- Cross-functional with Marketing and Enterprise Sales on content and talk tracks.
- Experience hiring, onboarding, and developing junior sales reps.
- Experience with Salesforce.com, Outreach or Salesloft, and AI-driven tools.
- Closing experience is a major plus.
