- Proven track record of hitting/exceeding team pipeline targets.
- Hands-on experience with AI-powered sales tools to drive pipeline.
- Excellent communication, coaching, and leadership skills.
- Data-driven: analyze trends and implement process improvements.
- Hospitality experience or outbound sales knowledge; Clay data enrichment preferred.
