📋 Description

  • Lead and coach a team of Business Development Representatives to hit goals.
  • Design outreach strategies using Salesforce.com, SalesLoft, ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn.
  • Optimize lead handoffs to sales teams and ensure qualification criteria are met.
  • Set daily, weekly, and monthly activity KPIs for the BD team.
  • Collaborate with Sales/Marketing to optimize funnel, segment leads, and track campaigns.
  • Oversee lead database and lead flow in Salesforce; report team results.

🎯 Requirements

  • 4+ years in marketing or sales; 1+ year B2B team management
  • CRM experience (Salesforce preferred) and sales enablement software (SalesLoft preferred)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • College degree preferred
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
