  • Drive strategic initiatives to engage, retain, and grow customers.
  • Conduct market, customer, and product analyses to uncover whitespace opportunities.

🎯 Requirements

  • 3+ years at a top-tier management or strategy consulting firm.
  • 2+ years in Corporate Strategy, Business Ops, or Sales Strategy at a high-growth B2B SaaS.
  • Experience defining GTM strategy with impact on retention and expansion (GRR/NRR).
  • Strong project management; able to manage time and deadlines.
  • Track record collaborating with cross-functional partners to execute projects.
  • Highly motivated with intellectual curiosity and strong problem-solving skills.
