  • Strong coaching to resolve underperformance and drive accountability.
  • Define and enforce data standards; leverage AI anomaly detection.
  • Familiar with Gainsight, Salesforce, and related CS/GRO tools.
  • Automation workflows with Salesforce flows and Gainsight CTAs.
