  • Lead revenue operations across Sales and CS to improve pipeline and outcomes.
  • Ensure scalable, data-driven GTM processes from opportunity to renewal.
  • Partner with Sales and CS to improve pipeline visibility and forecasting inputs.
  • Translate business requirements into scalable systems; apply automation and AI tooling.
  • Administer Salesforce and optimize Gong and Vitally; ensure integrations.
  • Build dashboards and reports on pipeline health and lifecycle metrics.

🎯 Requirements

  • 3–5 years in Revenue Ops, Sales Ops, or CS Ops in B2B SaaS.
  • Hands-on support for sales and CS teams; pipeline management.
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM; Gong and Vitally.
  • Experience with pipeline data, forecasting, and lifecycle reporting.
  • Exposure to automation or AI-enabled tools in revenue workflows.
  • SQL in Metabase or similar BI tools for data analysis.
