Manager, Revenue Financial Planning and Analysis

📋 Description

• Own revenue reporting across 3 lines of business
• Lead board packages, budgeting, and close with CFO/PE inputs
• Maintain canonical revenue KPIs (ARR, churn, cohort)
• Partner with Data, Sales, RevOps, CS on revenue drivers
• Align revenue and cost narratives with FP&A for execs
• Manage month-end close, accruals, and reconciliations

🎯 Requirements

• 4–7 years FP&A or revenue finance experience
• Background in fintech, payments, or high-growth tech
• Fluency in revenue metrics and their link to business performance
• Strong financial modeling skills with attention to detail
• Experience in PE-backed or investor-facing environment
• Familiarity with Tableau/Looker; SQL or data tools a plus
