๐Ÿ“‹ Description

  • Own RevTech strategy, governance, and platform health (Highspot, Gong, future tools).
  • Own the platform to organize, manage, and distribute content, training, and guidance.
  • Use AI to recommend actions, surface content, and measure impact.
  • Ensure reps have knowledge and tools to engage buyers and close with confidence.
  • Triage and prioritize enablement requests from sales and marketing to scale efforts.
  • Integrate coaching and training for continuous learning aligned with messaging.

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • 4+ years in sales enablement or revenue enablement.
  • Proven cross-functional partnership (intake, content library, knowledge mgmt, Highspot).
  • Strong PM skills with multiple concurrent priorities.
  • Excellent collaboration with Sales, Marketing, and Product.
  • Familiarity with RevOps and CRM platforms; Salesforce preferred.
