πŸ“‹ Description

  • Lead monthly and quarterly revenue close, including contract review and revenue recognition.
  • Partner with Sales, Legal, and Finance to review contracts for proper revenue treatment.
  • Maintain revenue recognition policies, procedures, and controls for a scalable, pre-IPO environment.
  • Oversee deferred revenue and AR reconciliations for accurate balance sheet and P&L.
  • Collaborate with FP&A and Sales Ops to provide revenue forecasts and analyses.
  • Drive system and process improvements, including AI adoption and automation.

🎯 Requirements

  • 6+ years of progressive accounting, including 2+ years in SaaS revenue accounting.
  • CPA required; Big Four public accounting experience preferred.
  • Deep understanding of US GAAP and ASC 606 revenue recognition.
  • Experience with revenue automation tools and ERP systems (NetSuite, Zuora, Salesforce CPQ).
  • Proven track record managing the revenue close in a global, high-growth environment.
  • Experience designing internal controls and documentation for audit readiness and SOX.
