- 8+ years in partnerships, BD, or ecosystem mgmt, ideally at a tech company.
- Proven Retail partner portfolio growth; hospitality/retail tech exp preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven performance assessment.
- Confident contract negotiator balancing commercial and strategic needs.
- Excellent relationship management and stakeholder communication.
- Experience collaborating across Sales, Product, CS, Legal, Marketing.
