Manager, Reporting & Analytics

📋 Description

• Manage day-to-day reporting priorities; escalate risks.
• Build and lead a team of analysts to support roadmap and needs.
• Collaborate with business partners to gather reporting requirements for efficiency.
• Validate the accuracy and quality of data in analytics and reporting outputs.
• Create dashboards/reports with Power BI; transform data into insights.
• Train end users on dashboards and deliverables; support enhancements.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, data science, statistics, public health, economics, or related field.
• Strong SQL skills; Python programming experience preferred.
• 5+ years in a reporting or health economics environment in healthcare.
• 2+ years developing dashboards/reports with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau).
• Experience with healthcare privacy/security; strong communication in diverse teams.
• Preferred: Master’s degree; healthcare data (EMR/claims); value-based care; team management.
