📋 Description

• Deliver regulatory engagement strategy for Korea and manage payments licensing.
• Maintain licensing responsibilities and coordinate with regulators and internal teams.
• Communicate regulatory requirements and implement compliance processes.
• File reports, renew registrations, and interface with regulators.
• Analyze new/existing products for 2LOD controls and regulatory obligations.
• Advise business on regulatory changes and conduct risk.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree; 6+ years in compliance in regulated finance/FinTech.
• Familiarity with Korea and Asia financial regulations.
• Data proficiency for strategic decision-making.
• Strategic, creative thinking to solve compliance challenges.
• Superior communication with regulators, executives, and staff.
• Experience building or maintaining a payments-focused compliance program.
• Exposure to licensing processes, regulatory expansion, RegTech.
• Understanding of financial products, conduct risk, ethics, controls.
