📋 Description

• Deliver regulatory engagement strategy for Airwallex US.
• Drive the US State MTL licensing program and renewals.
• Manage licensing responsibilities, reports, and regulator interactions.
• Lead on-site exams and inspections with LRC and regulators.
• Advise on regulatory changes and compliance risk across jurisdictions.
• Develop policies and a regulatory risk framework for the 1st line.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with 6+ years regulatory compliance in FinTech/finance.
• Familiarity with US & Americas regulatory laws and practices.
• Data proficiency for strategic decision-making.
• Experience developing or maintaining a compliance program in payments.
• Exposure to licensing processes, regulatory expansion, RegTech.
• Strong communication with regulators, executives, and frontline staff.
