- Strategic and creative thinker to solve regulatory challenges
- Strong communication to explain topics to regulators, leadership, and staff
- Experience building/maintaining a compliance program in finance/payments
- Exposure to licensing, regulatory expansion, RegTech solutions
- Understanding financial products, conduct risk, ethics, and controls
