- Familiar with interconnection, transmission, or planning processes at multiple levels.
- Ability to synthesize complex inputs into clear guidance for senior stakeholders.
- Proven experience influencing product or strategy decisions without direct authority.
- Exceptional writing, framing, and presentation skills.
