- Lead a team of outbound SMB Sales Reps in creating both inbound and outbound qualified opportunities for the Mindbody Land (net new) Sales team
- Hire, train, coach, and develop a team of ICs to achieve objectives
- Create and maintain CRM dashboards to provide reporting on key metrics and analytics related to team efficiency and overall team performance
- Forecast team and individual quota attainment
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve team efficiency and output, and implement new processes accordingly
- Partner with sales leadership to develop and implement outbound lead generation strategy
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 4+ years of related sales and IC management experience required; SDR/BDR IC experience preferred
- Expert level knowledge of Salesforce CRM, Salesloft and other sales enablement tools
- Proficiency in creating sales presentations and internal documentation including sales reports and forecasts
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to communicate at the exec level
- Demonstrated ability to lead, coach and grow a team of ICs
