📋 Description

  • Lead a team of outbound SMB Sales Reps in creating both inbound and outbound qualified opportunities for the Mindbody Land (net new) Sales team
  • Hire, train, coach, and develop a team of ICs to achieve objectives
  • Create and maintain CRM dashboards to provide reporting on key metrics and analytics related to team efficiency and overall team performance
  • Forecast team and individual quota attainment
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve team efficiency and output, and implement new processes accordingly
  • Partner with sales leadership to develop and implement outbound lead generation strategy

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 4+ years of related sales and IC management experience required; SDR/BDR IC experience preferred
  • Expert level knowledge of Salesforce CRM, Salesloft and other sales enablement tools
  • Proficiency in creating sales presentations and internal documentation including sales reports and forecasts
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to communicate at the exec level
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, coach and grow a team of ICs

🎁 Benefits
