📋 Description

• Lead and scale the Talent Acquisition Coordination team, driving performance and growth.
• Own end-to-end coordination strategy, ensuring efficient interview scheduling and candidate experience.
• Establish service standards, workflows, and operating rhythms for the team.
• Develop scalable coverage models aligned with hiring volume and business priorities.
• Serve as primary escalation point for complex coordination or stakeholder challenges.
• Identify operational risks and proactively implement process improvements.

• 7+ years in Talent Acquisition or Recruiting Operations
• 5+ years directly managing people in high-volume environments
• Strong people leader with high-performing teams
• Ownership mindset and accountable for outcomes
• Experience building and improving operational processes at scale
• Data-informed and able to influence across levels
