• Scale systems and workflows (Ashby, Notion) powering coordination

• Identify automation/AI opportunities to reduce manual work while preserving high touch

• Drive documentation and clarity around recruiting processes for stakeholders

• Hire and onboard new team members as needed
\n

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of recruiting experience; 2+ years in management
\n
• Proven success coaching early-career talent
\n
• Familiarity with Ashby or similar ATS
\n
• Strong operational judgment and attention to detail
\n
• Comfortable leading through change and ambiguity
\n
• Willing to adopt AI tools to work smarter
\n
