Develop and deploy procedures for a manufacturing quality system meeting AS9100 and FAA.
Lead the aircraft inspection plan and inspector training/tools.
Oversee the calibration system and tool management across Archer.
Assist in developing new quality processes and procedures.
Lead the inspection team of 5-10 inspectors.
Support APQP techniques such as PFMEAs, control plans and SPC.

🎯 Requirements

5+ years’ experience in inspection with hands-on use of inspection tools.
Experience creating and approving first article inspections.
Experience with MES systems and electronic inspection plans.
Experience in aerospace or highly regulated manufacturing environments.
Experience hiring, leading and directing hourly staff.
Experience with tolerance and drawing reviews to verify dimensional needs.

🎁 Benefits

Base pay range: $117,500 - $161,600.
