Manager, Provider Process Design

📋 Description

• Lead provider operations process improvements end-to-end.
• Identify critical processes; map workflows; define requirements.
• Redesign and implement new or improved processes.
• Partner cross-functionally to drive core operational improvements.
• Apply Lean and Six Sigma methods and programmatic frameworks.
• Create BRDs, process maps, SOPs, and policy docs.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of provider ops in a payer setting.
• Experience and strong understanding of NCQA, CMS, NUCC.
• 3+ years with data software such as Google platforms, SQL, or other data analytics tools.
• 3+ years end-to-end project management.
• 3+ years designing and improving workflows and standing up operating and technical procedures.
• 3+ years cross-functional program ownership with vendors and internal teams to achieve objectives.
