• Strong understanding of NCQA, CMS, NUCC requirements.
• 3+ years with data tools such as Google platforms and SQL.
• 3+ years end-to-end project management.
• 3+ years designing and improving workflows and operating procedures.
• 3+ years cross-functional program ownership with vendor engagement.
