📋 Description

• Lead cross-functional efforts to improve provider operations.
• Define requirements, map processes, and assess effectiveness.
• Own end-to-end programs from design to implementation.
• Guide operational frameworks and best practices.
• Partner with leaders to drive core operational improvements.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regs.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of work experience in provider operations in a payer setting.
• Experience and strong understanding of NCQA, CMS, NUCC requirements.
• 3+ years of experience using data software such as SQL and other analytics tools.
• 3+ years of experience with end to end project management.
• 3+ years designing and improving workflows and procedures.
• 3+ years cross-functional program ownership with vendor and internal teams.
