Monitor the implementation portfolio; intervene with customers to maintain momentum.
Intervene to keep milestones, escalate blockers, and drive risk management.
Build scalable processes; standardize workflows to reduce variability.
Partner with Operations and Product to automate workflows and signals.

🎯 Requirements

8–10 years in SaaS implementations, onboarding, or customer delivery.
3–5 years managing project managers or delivery teams.
Experience managing multi-project portfolios.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
Preferred: Healthcare or homecare software experience.
