- Lead and mentor a team of Project Managers across product lines.

- Align managers and directors across platforms on delivery.
- Partner with Sales to scope and develop SOWs.
- Guide feasibility, timelines, and resource planning during sales cycles.
- Coordinate with Sales and Professional Services on pricing and features.
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor9s degree in Business, Project Management, or related field.
- Minimum 6+ years of PM experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Experience working closely with Sales teams and supporting sales enablement processes.
- Experience working with Smartsheet; certification in Smartsheet preferred.
