- 3+ years in a leadership role, managing a team of project managers/coordinators
- 6+ years of experience in project management
- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools and techniques
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills; ability to influence at all levels
- Working knowledge of Google Suite, SalesForce and project management software
