Manager, Project Management

📋 Description

• Lead strategic resource allocation and capacity planning across projects
• Work with Workforce Management to optimize resource utilization and priorities
• Collaborate with PMs and stakeholders on requirements, timelines and needs
• Conduct regular capacity assessments and address gaps or constraints
• Lead, mentor and develop a team of Project Managers/Coordinators
• Manage performance, forecasting and career development

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in a leadership role, managing a team of project managers/coordinators
• 6+ years of experience in project management
• Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools and techniques
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills; ability to influence at all levels
• Working knowledge of Google Suite, SalesForce and project management software
