📋 Description

  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing Professional Services team.
  • Define departmental goals aligned to company strategy with KPIs.
  • Forecast and allocate resources to meet delivery demands.
  • Oversee travel implementations, including GDS integrations and PNR logic.
  • Ensure configurations align with travel policies and client needs.
  • Collaborate with Eng, Product, Sales, and CS to enhance solutions and roadmap.

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • 4+ years leading direct reports with coaching and development.
  • 4+ years PM experience in fast-paced tech/software implementations.
  • 3+ years with Emburse products or equivalent enterprise platforms.
  • GDS mastery: Sabre, Amadeus, Travelport (Apollo, Galileo, Worldspan).
  • Deep understanding of PNR structure, ticketing, exchanges, and TMC logic.
