- Partner with Sales, Product, CS, and Ops to ensure delivery and outcomes
- Drive utilization, realization, backlog, revenue, margins, and CSAT
- Oversee scoping, estimating, and staffing to align with capacity
- Ensure delivery excellence and strong customer outcomes across engagements
🎯 Requirements
- 5+ years of consulting experience in B2B software
- 2+ years leading and mentoring consulting or delivery teams
- ERP implementations experience, esp. GovCon/government contracting
- Strong stakeholder management and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to scope, estimate, and staff implementations to meet timelines
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field (or equivalent)

- Salary range $120,000 - $135,000 per year
