- Proven leadership and oversight of a Solution Implementation or Professional Services team
- Strong customer-facing background focused on product implementation and accelerating time-to-value
- Deep understanding of Professional Services operations, including resource planning, utilization, and revenue management
- Experience with Salesforce/Certinia (Financial Force) or similar platforms for project administration
- Proficiency with project management tools (Asana, Jira)
- Revenue reporting and utilization analysis experience
