๐Ÿ“‹ Description

  • Provide leadership and oversight to the Engagement team
  • Provide team and customer project escalation support
  • Oversee team efforts in customer product installation, configuration, and initial operation
  • Manage timesheet approvals and act as a delegate
  • Conduct Performance and Development Reviews and Annual Compensation reviews
  • Collaborate with the CX team on new initiatives and coordinate with Engagement Managers, Delivery, and PS Sales teams

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • Proven leadership and oversight of a Solution Implementation or Professional Services team
  • Strong customer-facing background focused on product implementation and accelerating time-to-value
  • Deep understanding of Professional Services operations, including resource planning, utilization, and revenue management
  • Experience with Salesforce/Certinia (Financial Force) or similar platforms for project administration
  • Proficiency with project management tools (Asana, Jira)
  • Revenue reporting and utilization analysis experience
