• Identify and secure new professional development opportunities across Africa.
• Build and maintain client relationships for long-term partnerships.
• Prepare high-quality proposals, budgets, and contracts for consultancy.
• Represent SOWC in external meetings and networks to expand visibility.
• Design, market, and manage short courses and leadership programs.
• Oversee end-to-end consultancy delivery and project outcomes.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree; Master’s degree preferred.
• 5+ years in professional education, training, or project management.
• Proven success securing/managing contracts or partnerships.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Familiarity with digital learning tools and CRM systems (G-Suite, Slack, Salesforce).
• Entrepreneurial, proactive, adaptable, results-driven.
