- Hands-on multi-camera directing and technical directing in live or recorded production.
- Control room leadership with sound judgment in live show conditions.
- Strong technical production background and understanding of live production workflows.
- Technical fluency to participate in production discussions and troubleshoot with teams.
- Experience managing teams in a fast-paced, high-volume, deadline-driven environment.
