Define and maintain IFRS policies for new/existing products; US GAAP knowledge a plus.
Translate business/product requirements into data, accounting, and reporting needs.
Participate in product design/launch as finance representative; define data capture and booking logic.
Monitor post-launch data quality; work with Product/Tech to resolve issues.
Contribute to AI-driven solutions for automation and data accuracy.
Take ownership of project planning: scope, milestones, timelines, go-live.

🎯 Requirements

6+ years in finance, accounting, audit, or product finance.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related.
Big 4 experience preferred.
IFRS knowledge; US GAAP exposure preferred.
Strong analytical skills with large datasets.
English and Chinese communication skills; cross-functional collaboration.
