Lead, develop, and scale an engineering team for security, science, analytics
Partner with Product Mgmt, Architecture, and Security to define platform strategy and standards
Oversee delivery and operation of core services: security, science, analytics
Ensure core services meet security, availability, performance, and operational standards
Establish ownership and operational maturity including incident mgmt and RCA
Collaborate with SRE, Security, Product, and customer teams to resolve issues

🎯 Requirements

5+ years software development experience
3+ years managing engineers in agile environments
Experience leading a shared platform or infra team
Strong people-management, including hiring and mentoring
Experience partnering with Architecture and Security to meet enterprise standards
Ability to manage broad technical scope with clear priorities
