Manager, Product Approvals

📋 Description

• Lead and mentor a team of 3-5 Approvals Associates, including hiring and training
• Set expectations, track goals, and ensure performance standards
• Improve processes, enforce standards, and maintain quality control
• Review and approve product, packaging, and marketing materials for global IPs
• Organize, photograph, track, and ship samples internationally
• Create and maintain IP-specific style guides and usage guides

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of professional experience, including 2+ years in product approvals
• 2+ years experience managing teams in approvals, production, or related operations
• Ability to lead, mentor, and engage a small team effectively
• Strong organizational and project management skills, initiative, and follow-through
• Strong communication skills, both written and spoken
• Comfortable with data curation and creative/artwork processes
