- Deep knowledge of India DPDP Act, GDPR, and CCPA/CPRA.
- Proven track record negotiating DPAs and privacy clauses with global partners.
- Product fluency: speak tech with engineers about data flows and APIs.
- Certifications: CIPP/E, CIPP/A, or CIPP/US encouraged.
