📋 Description

• Oversee post-harvest ops from harvest to packaging.
• Hands-on training for post-harvest staff: harvest, drying, bucking, trimming.
• Guide dry room management with site managers.
• Review core metrics with site managers for consistent ops.
• Mentor frontline leaders on quality, stability, and repeatable processes.
• Drive data-driven improvements and cross-functional projects.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
• 2-5 years cannabis experience in regulated markets.
• 2-5 years in operations, manufacturing, engineering or related fields.
• Strong knowledge of cannabis regulations and compliance systems.
• PDCA/Scientific Method and continuous improvement experience.
• Willing to travel up to 75-100%.
