📋 Description

• Manage post-harvest ops across multiple sites; travel nationwide.
• Lead front-line managers; drive continuous improvement with data.
• Oversee drying, packaging, material care; ensure quality.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with cultivation, packaging, supply chain.
• Develop and document processes; manage projects end-to-end.
• Analyze Seed-to-Sale data for operational insights.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
• 2-5 years cannabis ops, manufacturing, or related.
• Experience in regulated industry; compliance systems knowledge preferred.
• Strong data analysis skills; synthesize data into actions.
• Travel up to 75-100%.
• Self-starter, detail oriented; able to handle multiple initiatives.
