  • Strong governance, change control, and release mgmt in production.
  • Experience driving workflow optimization, automation, or tool integrations.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities across platforms, ops teams, stakeholders.
  • Experience developing and maintaining SOPs, runbooks, knowledge bases.
