- 5+ years in performance marketing, demand gen, or growth in B2B/SaaS/FinTech.
- Deep hands-on expertise with China platforms: Baidu, Tencent/WeChat, ByteDance, Alibaba.
- Proven experience driving pipeline and revenue from paid media and ABM.
- Strong analytics with multi-touch attribution, funnel analytics, and ROI modeling.
- Experience with Marketing Ops and Sales on lead management and CRM integration.
- Fluent in Mandarin and English.
