  • Own channel strategy across paid UA channels (Google, Meta, TikTok, Reddit).
  • Optimize bidding, pacing, targeting to reduce CAC and grow funded clients.
  • Lead creative strategy with briefs and hypotheses for fast UGC/ad production.
  • Partner with Creative to iterate top concepts, formats, and narratives.
  • Forecast and report performance, linking spend to growth and LTV.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, DS, Lifecycle, Analytics.

🎯 Requirements

  • 4-6+ years in growth or performance marketing (fintech/ecommerce/consumer apps preferred).
  • Hands-on knowledge of paid UA channels and experimentation frameworks.
  • Analytical thinker skilled in CAC/LTV modelling and incrementality.
  • Creative and curious; love testing new ideas, hooks, and formats.
  • Strong communicator who can turn data into simple narratives.
  • Scrappy, data-driven, thrives in fast-moving environments.
