π― Requirements
- 5β7+ years in People Technology, HRIS, or People Analytics.
- Strong experience with reporting, analytics, and dashboards.
- Experience managing HRIS integrations, APIs, and data flows.
- Strong understanding of HR data governance and data structures.
- Translate business needs into scalable systems and analytics.
- Excel and BI tools (Looker, Snowflake, Hex, Cognos BI, Tableau).
