  • Own the People tech ecosystem, with UKG as core system of record.
  • Govern data structures: entities, departments, job codes, hierarchies.
  • Design/oversee People systems architecture and data flows across HR platforms.
  • Build/maintain People reporting, dashboards, and workforce analytics.
  • Analyze workforce data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Partner with HR, IT, Payroll, Finance to align systems strategy.

🎯 Requirements

  • 5–7+ years in People Technology, HRIS, or People Analytics.
  • Strong experience with reporting, analytics, and dashboards.
  • Experience managing HRIS integrations, APIs, and data flows.
  • Strong understanding of HR data governance and data structures.
  • Translate business needs into scalable systems and analytics.
  • Excel and BI tools (Looker, Snowflake, Hex, Cognos BI, Tableau).
