  • Experience leading complex, high-risk investigations with minimal oversight.
  • Deep knowledge of US employment laws (ADA, ADEA, FMLA); CA/NY; global employment law.
  • Exceptional judgment, writing, and executive communication; independent in fast-paced settings.
  • Plus: high-growth/IPO/M&A experience; comfort with Google Workspace and Workday.
