- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3+ years HR experience with payroll and benefits focus.
- Proficient with Dayforce and Rippling; HRIS systems.
- Strong knowledge of US/Canada payroll regulations.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and attention to detail.
- SHRM-CP/PHR or similar certification is a plus.
