- Lead recurring People Ops programs (Open Enrollment, handbook updates, compliance)
- Drive execution and PM for one-off efforts, incl. HRIS implementations and process design
- Act as a key stakeholder and internal SME for our HRIS
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to support immigration processes
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, documentation, and data hygiene
- Build scalable processes and contribute to a People Ops roadmap for rapid growth
π― Requirements
- 3-5 years HR experience with a generalist background in fast-paced, high-growth settings
- Experience managing complex projects end-to-end with cross-functional teams
- Working knowledge of HRIS platforms; implementation/optimization a plus
- Familiarity with HR compliance areas like handbooks, Open Enrollment, and immigration support
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive and adaptable
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a service mindset
