  • HRIS and ticketing expert; BambooHR experience and managing SLAs.
  • Vendor/PM with PEO/EOR and benefits/payroll partners.
  • Clear communication; able to build SOPs and document processes.
  • Comfort with Slack, Zoom, Google Suite, Confluence, BambooHR.
  • Resilient, quick learner; adaptable to a dynamic environment.
