📋 Description

• Lead and scale the Americas People Ops for HRIS, payroll, benefits, immigration, and EOR.
• Build systems, processes, and a high-performing, audit-ready team.
• Hybrid role based in San Francisco; own end-to-end lifecycle.
• Codify regional SOPs and manage Jira queues; align workflows globally.
• Partner with Payroll, IT, Compliance, and Finance on transactions, audits, and vendor changes.
• Oversee immigration/global mobility transitions; maintain regional compliance.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years in People Ops; 2+ years leading/mentoring in high-growth tech.
• Hands-on ownership of onboarding, HRIS data, payroll, benefits, leaves, offboarding; strong US compliance.
• HRIS and ticketing expert; BambooHR experience and managing SLAs.
• Vendor/PM with PEO/EOR and benefits/payroll partners.
• Clear communication; able to build SOPs and document processes.
• Comfort with Slack, Zoom, Google Suite, Confluence, BambooHR.
• Resilient, quick learner; adaptable to a dynamic environment.
