  • Hands-on with HR systems: Greenhouse Onboarding, Rippling, HRIS, PEOs.
  • Vendor management: home care, transport, and ancillary vendors.
  • Excellent communication, data analytics, and process improvement.
  • Willingness to travel up to 15% to centers as needed.
