Manager, People Operations

📋 Description

• Own design, execution, and improvement of core People Ops processes.
• Lead onboarding, offboarding, and lifecycle programs across multi-state healthcare.
• Ensure data integrity, compliance, and a consistent employee experience.
• Support Habitat Health total rewards: compensation, benefits, rewards.
• Partner with Sr. Director of People and clinical leadership.
• Open enrollment and policy governance for multi-state operations.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of People Ops/HR in a fast-growing healthcare setting.
• Strong knowledge of California employment law and multi-state compliance.
• Experience with onboarding, policy creation, audit readiness.
• Experience with compensation, benefits, and total rewards systems.
• Hands-on with HR systems: Greenhouse Onboarding, Rippling, HRIS, PEOs.
• Vendor management: home care, transport, and ancillary vendors.
• Excellent communication, data analytics, and process improvement.
• Willingness to travel up to 15% to centers as needed.
