- Hands-on with HR systems: Greenhouse Onboarding, Rippling, HRIS, PEOs.
- Vendor management: home care, transport, and ancillary vendors.
- Excellent communication, data analytics, and process improvement.
- Willingness to travel up to 15% to centers as needed.
