📋 Description

• Lead PEO Payroll Implementations across multiple states.
• Manage end-to-end onboarding of international customers.
• Develop SOPs and scalable processes for growth.
• Coach and grow a distributed implementation team.
• Collaborate with Sales, CX, Ops, Product, Eng, Tax & Payments, Finance, Benefits, Vendor Relations.
• Monitor metrics to meet business goals and improve UX.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years PEO payroll end-to-end experience across states.
• 5+ years PEO payroll customer implementation in SaaS.
• 5+ years team management or account management.
• Deep knowledge of multi-state payroll compliance.
• Proven leadership and coaching abilities.
• Strong SOP creation skills.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
