- Oversee end-to-end payroll operations with deadlines and service standards

- Drive consistency and scalability by documenting, maintaining, and improving payroll processes
- Collaborate with Tax team on quarter-end and year-end activities, including W-2 processing
๐ฏ Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- 5+ years of progressive payroll experience, multi-state and multi-client
- Proven people management and leadership experience
- Strong payroll fundamentals, wage and hour rules, and deductions
- Experience partnering cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders
- Proficiency in Excel and payroll reporting; ability to design scalable processes
