📋 Description

• Payroll team reports to you; provide guidance and mentorship.
• Own the complete payroll function; ensure timely, accurate payroll.
• Be the primary contact between internal and external payroll stakeholders.
• Lead the Payroll team; unblock and support them.
• Stay up-to-date with international payroll laws and regulations.
• Manage relationships with payroll providers and services.

🎯 Requirements

• Extensive experience in regional/global payroll operations.
• Knowledge of global payroll best practices.
• Experience implementing payroll in multiple countries.
• People management; avoids micromanagement.
• Proficient in SAP and Excel/Google Sheets.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).
