📋 Description

• Own payroll end-to-end; on-time, accurate, compliant.
• Lead Payroll team; provide guidance and mentorship.
• Serve as primary contact between internal and external payroll stakeholders.
• Stay up-to-date with international payroll laws/regulations.
• Ensure compliance with corporate and country-specific regulations.
• Manage relationships with payroll, accounting, and payroll service providers.

🎯 Requirements

• Extensive experience in regional/global payroll operations.
• Knowledge of global payroll best practices.
• Experience implementing payroll in multiple countries.
• Proficient in SAP, Excel, and Google Sheets.
• Analytical mindset with strong problem solving.
• Fluent in English.
