📋 Description

• Own the payroll planning and implementation.
• Lead the Payroll Operations team and mentor staff.
• Ensure on-time, accurate payroll compliant with country regs.
• Serve as point of contact between internal and external payroll partners.
• Stay current on international payroll laws and regulations.
• Drive best practices, KPIs, and SLAs for the team.

🎯 Requirements

• Extensive experience in regional/global payroll operations.
• Knowledge of global payroll best practices.
• Experience implementing payroll in multiple countries and managing payroll providers.
• Proficient in SAP, Excel, Google Sheets.
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Fluent in English; able to work asynchronously.
